The project, which will be located in the southeast part of Baota District, will cover a land area of 3,800 Mu and has a potential floor area of 2.7 million square meters (sq m). The project will comprise apartments, shopping malls, office buildings and supporting facilities.
Reportedly, Greenland intends to start five projects in Jiading District, Shanghai. The projects, which comprise urban reconstruction and the development of traffic infrastructure and mixed-use properties, will cost RMB 10 billion and will cover a floor area of 1.5 million sq m in total.
At present, the property enterprise has land reserves of 40 million sq m in potential floor area and aims to complete property construction of 11 million sq m this year.
The group on Jun. 11 started construction on six residential property projects costing RMB 12 billion and having a combined gross potential floor area of about 1.9 million sq m in total in Shanghai and Jiangsu Province, China Knowledge reported earlier.
